Sales for Black Friday ?

As we go into the Holiday Season it seems like all I see are ads for Black Friday Sales which are now a week long instead of that one crazy day. I have mixed feelings about all these sales. Are we getting jaded? Is it too much, too early in the season ? Well, it's hard to know what to do as a small business. I want to offer specials but I also have a smaller margin than the big stores. What to do ?
After much thought I am running a Flash Sale each week until December 25th. Each Flash Sale will run from Tuesday to Tuesday and will focus on one category or item. This week from 11/13 to 11/20/18 all the Hats and Headbands are on sale for 20% off ! Get that Stewardess Style you've been looking at or pick up a Pillbox to match your new coat. How about a Mad for Plaid Headband ?
