We occasionally offer special discounts on HeyViv.com:

Free Shipping Offer:

When this is offered the checkout will automatically offer the free shipping option once the retail order total reaches the set total.  Free shipping offers may not be combined with coupons or coupon codes.

Orders with free shipping will be sent via the US Post Office.  The shipping service will depend on the size and weight of the package and will be determined by the Hey Viv shipping department. 

There is no guaranteed delivery dates for free shipping packages.  Please allow 4-7 days for delivery. 

 

Hey Viv Coupons: We occasionally offer coupons and coupon codes on items or orders placed on HeyViv.com. Coupons are limited to one use per customer account and must be used within the time period stated on the coupon and only on items or orders placed on HeyViv.com. Coupons can not be combined with other discounts or special offers.

We reserve the right to change or revoke offers at anytime.  Special Offers can not be combined with other discounts. Orders over $200 or over a certain physical size may be charged an oversize shipping fee.  We will contact you if this is the case with your order.
