Quick Checkout Help

• How much does shipping cost?  We ship through USPS and are connected to their system for accurate rates.  You will see the shipping charge and choose the shipping method in the checkout before payment. 

 

• When will I get my order?     Most orders are shipped within 24 hours (Mon to Fri) We ship out of Staten Island, NY so for example, packages shipped by USPS First Class take 2-3 days to the East Coast, 3-4 days to the Mid West, 5-6 days to the West Coast. If you need it faster, consider choosing Priority Mail.

 

• How will I know when my order ships:  We email a tracking number after shipping.  You can use that to track your packages progress and delivery

 

• What if there's a problem or it doesn't fit?  We take returns within 30 days for any reason. Your package comes with instructions on how to contact us and how to set up a return.  Click here for complete information.

 

• Do you have what I ordered? If it's shown in the online store then it is in stock and ready to ship

 

• Is the site secure? Look for the small closed padlock in the address bar.  It means we use secure technology to protect your data
