This off the shoulder top is a rockabilly, sweet girl/ bad girl classic. It all depends on how you wear it.  Notice the elastic ruching at the back of the waist which helps the fit. Wear it with high waisted pants, a pencil skirt, shorts, or a circle skirt.  Yes !  it is that versatile :)
